What Does the Priority Lane at Istanbul Airport Give You?
The priority lane, often called fast track, gives you a dedicated lane at passport control and security instead of the general queue. It does not skip the formalities: your passport is still stamped and you are still screened as normal, but the wait is usually shorter.
We will not promise you a set number of minutes, because the crowds change from hour to hour and from day to day. It can save a lot at peak times and only a little when the airport is quiet.
What Does the Priority Lane Cost Next to the Full Welcome?
Both are priced per person, and the priority lane is already part of the welcome service at no extra charge:
| Option | Price per Person | What You Get |
|---|---|---|
| Priority lane only | €40 | The dedicated lane only |
| Istanbul Airport welcome, arrival | €215 | Personal assistant, priority lane, porter and electric cart |
| Sabiha Gökçen welcome, arrival | €175 | Personal assistant, priority lane, porter and electric cart |
A simple example: a family of 4 pays 160 euros for the priority lane alone. The Arabic meet and greet at Istanbul Airport costs the same family 860 euros, and the Arabic meet and greet at Sabiha Gökçen 700 euros. The gap is large, so only choose the more expensive option if you really need someone beside you.
Who Really Benefits From the Priority Lane?
- Families with children: a long queue after a long flight is hardest on the youngest.
- Anyone with an appointment soon after landing: a meeting or an occasion that cannot slip.
- Anyone landing at busy hours: when many flights arrive at once, the difference is clearer.
- Anyone who finds long standing difficult: if walking is tiring too, the better fit is our service for families and older guests.
Who Does Not Need the Priority Lane?
We will say it plainly: not every traveller needs it.
- The solo traveller in no hurry: if the queue does not bother you and you have no appointment, keep the money.
- Anyone who has booked the welcome service: the priority lane is included, so there is no need to buy it again.
- Anyone worried about luggage: the priority lane does not bring your bags to the belt any faster. If carrying is your concern, the porter is part of the welcome service.
- Anyone afraid of getting lost: a dedicated lane does not mean someone guides you all the way. That is the job of the welcome team member.
Does the Sum Work Differently at Sabiha Gökçen?
The priority lane costs the same at both airports, 40 euros per person, and the same reasoning applies. What differs is the price of the welcome, which is 40 euros per person lower at Sabiha Gökçen on arrival. So the gap between the two options is a little smaller there, though it stays clear for anyone travelling in a group.
Take three people as an example: they pay 120 euros for the priority lane at either airport, 645 euros for the welcome at Istanbul Airport and 525 euros at Sabiha Gökçen. The real question is not the price alone, but what you actually need.
How Can You Decide in One Minute?
Ask yourself two questions. Does standing tire you, or is your time tight? If not, you need nothing extra, and a fixed-price car from Istanbul Airport with a name sign is enough. Do you need someone to stay with you until the car? If yes, choose the welcome; if not, the priority lane alone is enough.
Either way, you can ask Marhaba Service for the service and the car in the same message. For time before departure or between two flights there is also the VIP lounge at 105 euros per person, which is a separate service.
When you ask, give your flight number, landing time and the number of people, because the price is per person and the service is tied to your own flight.
If you are 3 people or more, work out the total for the whole group before you decide, because the price is per person, not per car.
