What If My Flight Is Cancelled?
If the airline cancels the flight that brings you to Istanbul, we reschedule your booking free of charge or refund it in full, whatever the notice. Please send us the airline notice or your flight number.
How Do I Cancel?
Send your cancellation in writing to info@istanbulmarhabaservice.com or on WhatsApp at +90 533 770 29 14, quoting your name and booking details. The time of your message counts as the time of cancellation.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
We issue approved refunds within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 3 to 14 days after that.
