What Changes When You Travel With Family?
Travelling with family is rarely hard because of the road. It is hard because of the first hour: tired children, a mother or father who cannot stand for long, and more bags than hands. That hour is what we take care of.

The price is for the whole car, not per passenger, which is why a Mercedes Vito is the sensible choice for most families. If you have a lot of luggage, tell us how many bags, and we may suggest a larger car before you travel.
What About Older Guests and Anyone Who Needs Care?
Tell us in advance if a passenger uses a wheelchair, finds it hard to get into a car, or simply needs more time. We do not provide medical care, but we arrange the assistant, the cart and the car around their needs. Guests coming for treatment have their own page: medical visitors and their companions.
Can We Stop on the Way?
Tell the driver what you need, whether a stop for prayer or for something for the children, and the driver arranges it if the road allows. Do Children Pay for the Welcome?
The welcome price reaches you in writing, based on the number of passengers and their ages at booking. Put the children's ages in your message, and the amount will not change once it is confirmed.
Is the Child Seat Really Free?
Yes, it is free, subject to availability. Ask for it when you book and give the child's age, so it is in the car before you land.
We Are Nine People. What Do You Suggest?
For seven to nine passengers we recommend two Vitos. If you want to stay together in one vehicle, the option is the Sprinter, meant for ten passengers or more, and the team confirms the price in writing.
