Why Do We Not Promise It on Every Journey?
Because the number of Arabic speakers in the team is limited, and flight times change. It is easy for any company to say "yes" on the phone and then send a driver who cannot understand you. We would rather tell you the truth before you book and give you time to choose.
How Can You Improve Your Chances?
- Book as early as you can; the more notice we have, the easier it is to arrange the driver.
- Write your request clearly in the booking message: "We would prefer an Arabic speaking driver."
- Say if it matters for one passenger in particular, such as an older parent who speaks no other language.
- Wait for the written confirmation with the driver's name.
What If No Arabic Speaker Is Free on Your Date?
Every one of our drivers works in English. The hotel address and your stops can be sent to the driver in advance on WhatsApp, so less needs to be said on the road. And at any time you can write to our team on the same WhatsApp line if you need help arranging something.
What Qualifications Do Our Drivers Have?
Each driver has at least five years of experience carrying passengers, holds an SRC certificate, a psychotechnical assessment and a clean criminal record, and is a salaried employee of the company. The details are on our drivers page.
