What Do We Arrange for the Patient and Companions?

• A car to the hospital or hotel, with its size chosen in advance

The welcome is priced exactly like our Arabic meet and greet at Istanbul Airport; what changes is the attention we pay to the patient's pace, the cart and the choice of car.

What Do We Not Provide?

Our cars are not ambulances, and no medical team travels with you. If the patient needs a stretcher, oxygen or medical supervision on the way, please ask the hospital to arrange suitable medical transport.

What Should You Send Us Before You Travel?

1. Flight number, date and the number of companions.
2. The name of the hospital or clinic, and your accommodation address if it is different.
3. Whether the patient uses a wheelchair, and whether it folds.
4. Whether the patient can step up into a slightly higher vehicle, as this decides the type of car.
5. The time of the first appointment, if it falls on the day you arrive.

How Much Do the Welcome and the Car Cost?

Every price reaches you in writing before you travel. The car has a fixed price based on the district of the hospital, shown in our price list. If you have repeated appointments in the city, a car and driver by the hour may suit you better: the driver stays close by until you are done, however long the wait, within the booked hours.
