How Much Does the Welcome Cost?
At Istanbul Airport it is 215 euros per person on arrival, 250 on departure and 290 for a connection. At Sabiha Gökçen it is 175, 190 and 290 euros.
Is the Price per Person or per Car?
The welcome is per person. The ride is per car, however many people are in it, up to the seats of that car.
What Happens If My Flight Is Late?
We follow your flight number, so the time moves with your real landing. Sixty minutes of free waiting start from the time of landing, then it is 15 euros for every 30 minutes or part of it.
Can I Cancel?
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the service. Between 24 and 6 hours, half is refunded, and after that nothing. If the airline cancels your flight, we reschedule or refund in full. See the cancellation policy.
How Do I Pay?
Nothing is paid on this website. Your price reaches you in writing, then you pay by card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), by bank transfer for companies, or in cash if agreed in writing before the journey.
Does the Driver Speak Arabic?
Everyone works in English, and some of the team also speak Arabic. Ask when you book, and we will confirm in writing what is available on your date.
Is the Child Seat Free?
Yes, subject to availability. Ask for it when you book and mention the age of the child.
