What Do You Collect?
When you use our booking form or write to us, we receive what you give: your name, date, flight number, address, phone number and email. We take no payment on this website.
How Is It Used, and Who Sees It?
We use those details to confirm your price, arrange your service and contact you about your booking. Your driver and our reservation team see what they need, and we do not sell your details. If you pay by card, a licensed payment provider handles your card on its own secure page, and we never see the full number. WhatsApp and email are subject to the terms of those providers.
On What Legal Basis?
- Performance of a contract: planning and carrying out the journey you request.
- Legal obligation: invoicing, tax and passenger transport records.
- Legitimate interest: service quality and fraud prevention.
- Explicit consent: commercial messages if you opted in, and analytics cookies where consent is required.
What Are My Rights?
Under Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, the purpose and who receives it, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and object to results produced by automated analysis. Write to info@istanbulmarhabaservice.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at no cost.
